As a Landlord himself, is well suited to providing sensible/real time advice to clients. Living in the local area and being part of the community provides Wayne the opportunity to keep his finger on the pulse of the local lettings market…... right where he wants to be! As a Landlord, overseas property investor and developer himself, is able to provide clients with good sound advice and a common sense/hands on approach to many elements of the property business. Greg is a fully qualified member of ARLA and believes good service comes from well trained, knowledgeable and driven individuals. Out of work Greg enjoys nothing more then lying on a tropical beach in forty degree heat with an ice cold beer in one hand and a good read in the other listening to the sea lapping at the shore line! 	Anna is head of our accounts department; dedicated, hardworking and passionate about her chosen career in Accountancy. Anna has recently qualified as an Accounting Technician (AAT) and is currently on day release studying to become a chartered accountant (ACCA). Anna offers the team a meticulous and firm handle on all money related areas of the business including, rent collection, client money reconciliation, client payments etc. Because Anna spends a lot of time sitting down at work she likes to keep active outside work by visiting the gym, playing squash and swimming. Anna says no fruit can fully describe her as she is unique!

	Louise is the hub of Duck&Hedges, marrying our Team together; a confident administrator, who is both conscientious, hardworking and makes this very important job look effortless. Louise drafts contracts, terms of business, conducts reference/credit checks etc. Also a qualified swimming teacher for children aged 3 – 10 years, Louise loves splitting her time out of the office between swimming, shopping and travelling the globe on the look out for a bargain or two! 	Naomi brings three decades of experience to D&H, from the beauty, media and property industry, where she dealt with high level/challenging situations. Naomi has very good, in-depth knowledge and awareness of the property industry and works very closely with our contractors, ensuring they are reliable, deliver their promises and provide the best possible value to our clients. Outside of work Naomi is a Ninja Warrior, training twice a week with her Wing Chun Kung Fu class and also runs a boxing school (Box London), teaching individuals of all disciplines. Naomi’s other passion is her dog Dudley who is taken on lots of long walks. Naomi tells us a banana would probably best describe her, as they are from/enjoy a sunny climate, are full of energy and she eats so many of them!

	Maria deals with all our contract renewals and contract amendments and is well equipped having spent several years in the property industry with a strong block management background. Maria is educated to degree level and a brilliant communicator; she marries together the requirements of both Landlord & Tenant ensuring they are both kept informed throughout the process. Outside of work Maria is a keen DJ and has regular slots in a top Ayia Napa nightclub. As well as interests in Music, Language and Travelling; Maria’s biggest passion is her young son. Maria’s favourite fruit is a Pomelo as it is exotic, thick-skinned but sweet inside!!

	David was born to sell and has done since leaving school, working across the telecommunications and international property industries and now within his chosen career in the UK property market. Some say he could sell “Ice to an Eskimo”, but right now property will do! On his days off David loves watching (although supporting Liverpool you wonder why?) and playing football which he has played all his life, at one stage even down at the “Cottage” for the Fulham youth team! An orange would best describe David because he stands out, can be very sweet on a good day and very sour on a bad day??!

	Alex Mullhall- Senior High Season Negotiator

	Alex, AKA: “Slim” - wants to be a chartered surveyor & structural engineer (when he grows up…………. which may take some time!) so is studying at Leeds university, but works for D&H during our high season as he is particularly good at getting what he wants and finds this skill can be beneficial when used in his capacity as a Negotiator. Outside of work Alex is a fitness freak and a semi-professional American Football player for his university squad. Alex eats three whole chickens a day to keep up his strength! Alex feels the fruit which best describes him is a grape!
